Nick was terrific in listening to our concerns and was very helpful in explaining our options. He looked for solutions that would help us save money and time. The repairs where done and they corrected the problem. The workmanship seems to be excellent. The only issue is that the repair was only to take a few days but took two weeks. While life happens and illness occurred, the management did not seem to appreciate how this severely inconvenience our life. They did not seem interested in making It right or cared that I was obviously not happy about it. Guess once I paid the $3000 they just didn’t care about future business. We also called the number they print on every satisfaction guarantee. That didn’t seem to go anywhere either. Oh well.
