Owen and Brad was super on the sales end I never got to meet the guy who worked on my truck but the truck is running like when I bought it from the dealership. They answered all my questions told them I wanted to talk about my timing chain when they got in there and we did was a 5 star all around even got a loaner car while my truck was getting fixed great on pricing would send any vicheles from now on to get them fixed

I recieved an unexpected rebate in the mail and was able to get a free oil change. I'm happy. Thanks

Brought my truck in for Honest One to check out the scraping noise on the passenger front. It turns out to be a worn ourt driver's side wheel bearing. They were able to fix it that day and my brother was able to pick up the truck. My brother drove about 4 miles home on the main road going 50mph with a bad shake coming from the passenger front. I went over that night to check the truck and drive it down the block. There was a bad shake on the passenger front, which I did not want to risk driving it anywhere. I called Honest One the next day and one of the front desk guy said it's your brakes they are metal on metal. So I had the truck sit for almost two weeks and for my next paycheck. I just couldn't believe that bad brakes would cause that bad of a shake. I went over to check the lug nuts on my truck and found out that all 6 lug nuts on the driver's front were hand tighten! My brother's life was in stake, while he drove almost 4miles home. I called Honest One that night to see what they can do, which Owen said Brad will get back to me Monday morning. I called on Thursday night when I found out all 6 lug nuts were extremely loose, and waited until Monday. I called Monday morning and even before they close and never recieved a phone call from Brad or management. When Honest One puts someone's life at risk they won't care to call back with any answers or help. Been waiting for them to call me back to fix to issue and do something about risking my brothers life. I have had my truck serviced here multiple times and after they resolve this conflict, I wont be coming back again. Honest One is not honest when it comes to putting someone's life at danger and taking your money!

This was my first time at Honest 1. I was very impressed with cleanliness of the whole building. Restrooms rtc. Owen was very friendly and helpful. I had my oil changed and it did not take them long. After the job was completed the explain that everything looked good on vehicle after their inspection. I will definitely be returning to the Blaine location very happy with the service.

Felt very comfortable with the service. Since moving to the area, I've been looking for a shop that isn't as expensive as the dealership. My son uses Honest1 in a different location and is pleased with the service he gets so figured I'd try it for myself. I think it's fair to say I've found a new shop.

I had an appoinment at 7 am and give me my test results at 2 pm. I was waiting all day long.

I stopped in to have a flat tire fixed. They took me in right away and took care of my tire. I am due for new tires soon, so the associate gave me some quotes so I'm prepared when it's time to purchase tires. It was a great experience.

They misdiagnosed my vehicle. We brought our SUV in with a loud "clunk" from the front left of the car. They diagnosed it as bad sway bar end links in the rear. I though to myself "that's weird it sure sounded like the noise was from the front left?" but I approved the repairs since I'm not a mechanic and could have been mistaken. We paid $600 and picked the car up but on the drive home the first bump I went over i heard the same loud clunk from the front left. It's almost as if they didn't even test drive it to see if the noise was fixed. I was upset and drove it right back to the shop where they told me they would have a more experienced mechanic look at it. Turns out it was a bad front left strut. Surprised, surprise... Safe to say I took it to a different shop for the repair. They didn't offer me a discount on the service they incorrectly diagnosed and replaced or even a credit for future repairs. Lesson learned I guess.

Went in for an oil change. It was done quickly and efficiently with friendly service.
