I called Honest 1 on a Friday morning and I was able to get an alternator replaced the same day. It was New Years Weekend. Happy with the service!

We had our 2018 Grand Caravan in to replace rear brakes. We have an extended warranty that covers the calipers that needed replacement. The shop said they would contact the warranty company and get back to us. We have called the Honest 1 location several times and they say the manager isn't here right now and he'll call you back shortly. We never received a call. Why do they call themselves honest??

Please seek another auto repair shop. I used this shop to repair a small leak in my coolant system. A week later my car is overheating on the highway with a newly cracked head gasket. Did you know mixing green and orange antifreeze (different formulas) reacts to create a chemical sludge that clogs your coolant system? This shop didn’t. They totaled my car and refused to take responsibility or even adequately diagnose the issue. I only found the sludge and green antifreeze after tearing down my vehicle while it was being rebuilt. I’m not sure I would trust them with an oil change or a tire rotation. Please look somewhere else if you want competent service.

Please note that we only use modern universal coolant which is 100% compatible with your specified coolant (Dexcool) for your 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix. We didn't damage your engine by replacing your coolant hose. However, we would like to address your concerns and work for a satisfactory resolution. They totaled my car (2005 Pontiac GTP) and refused to take responsibility or even adequately diagnose the issue. Also, on two separate appointments 1 month apart, I was told my serpentine belt needed to be replaced. Pictures from their inspection report showed that the belt was never replaced in the first place. I’m not sure I would trust them with an oil change or a tire rotation. Please look somewhere else if you want competent service.
