Well service overall is awful, I found a vape pen that isn’t used for legal vape juice, is now in my car when I called and mentioned what I found all I was told was well sorry bring it in if you’d like or Throw it away if you’d rather.I thought honest 1 auto was better than this. Pretty sad wont be coming here again.

Not so honest! Beware- brought car in for one repair and was told we needed an additional $2400 in repairs. Had a trusted car mechanic friend look at our car and said there was nothing wrong and NO repairs were necessary. If you have them make a repair be sure to see the "bad" parts to make sure they really replaced it.

An extremely upsetting experience! Will never go back to (Dis)Honest-1, not even for a simple oil change. Appointment scheduled for Friday at 5pm. Dropped the car off a day early on Thursday. We requested, and they told us, the car would be done by close of business on Saturday since they are not open on Sunday. After numerous phone calls by us, come to find out they didn't even look at the vehicle until Monday evening. Finally completed the work on Tuesday, 5 days later. But only after they initially said they could fix the sporadic inability to start. WE finally had to tell THEM what to check and turns out it was a simple battery issue. The most unfortunate part was that they were unwilling to do anything for our inconvenience of being without a vehicle for 5 days, after expecting it to be just one day. Now after picking up the car, turns out they neglected to reassemble all the dash. (see pics) What else did they forget to do???
