I went in to Honest-1 today to have my car checked out before I go on a long road trip. The car is 3 years old and this is the first time it's needed service since the new-car service contract ran out. I wasn't sure what might need to be done, so I took my maintenance manual and last service receipt and asked them if they could figure out what I needed done. They were super friendly and helpful. They did a routine check and said everything looked good. I don't need an oil change for another 4,000 miles or anything else done. So they sent me on my way-NO CHARGE! What a nice surprise! I went to them for service for several years for my previous car and now I know I will be going back to them for my future service on this car! 😃

The techs were very efficient until the repairs were complete. They communicated fully and completed everthing on time. Would highly recommend!

Great people working here! My car had multiple things that needed to be fixed, and they made sure that everything was right before I left. They even let me know about a few things I hadn’t noticed. They have loaner cars too! I have brought my car here a couple times now, and the service is always great. They work with my warranty company too! They are genuine and well... the name says it all! I’d definitely recommend going here to anyone new in the area and anyone period!

I recently brought my 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander for a new water pump installation as well as the pulley system and belt. I was given a price of $900 unless there are some other issues it may increase. I was not surprised at all of the price knowing exactly how technical and time consuming the job is. (After doing some research). I was pretty sure some other issues would need attention and hoping hoping with little added cost. Then it happened, "The Call" came in. I was told my vehicle needed thousands of dollars of repairs to make it safe and road ready. From a rusted leaking gas tank, suspension overhauled and all the way down to brakes and tires. I almost dropped my phone hearing the sound of hundred dollar bills shooting from the cash machine. What really shocked me the most was being told (quote) "If this was my vehicle I would not put any money into it, you would be spending more on repairs than the vehicle is even worth, doesn't make much sense in my opinion." Now THIS IS THE MOST HONEST AUTO TECH I HAVE EVER MET IN MY ENTIRE 49Yr LIFE! Any other shop and I would be out the original $900 plus an unrealistic amount of increased cost. What did it cost me at Honest-1 Auto care you ask? The crazy amount of $60.00 for all of the testing and inspections performed. (sarcasm) Oh yeah did I mention the FREE LOANER CAR I was able to use ALL day until the place closed? AWESOMENESS !!

Now, THIS is the place to bring your vehicle in to any service needed!!! How refreshing!!! From start to finish, regardless of how much or how little needs to get done... You can TRUST in their name... They are HONEST!!! I brought my vehicle to 3 different mechanics about a rather concerning noise coming from my engine. I'm NOT a licensed mechanic but am rather familiar with cars. All 3 previous mechanics didn't listen to what the symptoms of the issue were that I had been describing and the last 2 didn't believe me when I said the issue was coming from a pulley. They kept insisting it was this or that. After the last mechanic finding unnecessary work that supposedly needed to be done, these guys were totally honest and actually found the problem. If I didn't need to be home the before they could have gotten the part to fix the issue, I'd have the repair performed here. Good car mechanics need to have the same skill as a medical surgeon... These guys are HARVARD level car mechanics!!! I'd recommend them to anyone in the area that needed an excellent mechanic that performs HONEST work... Thank you to each and every one that looked at my car!!! And Josh at customer service is the best, most patient person... And 100% knows what he's taking about!!! I wish I lived closer or I'd have ALL my servicing done here... Thanks again to everyone at Honest-1!!!

The worst.

Very unsatisfied! Parts being replaced and problem not being solved.

I was told several months ago I had a cracked valve cap/cover and that it would be a $400-$500 repair. So I saved up and went back to get it replaced and they took another look and said the cap was fine so they didn't need to do any work! Now, a repair business that DIDN'T have Honest in their name would have just charged me anyway even if the work wasn't needed (or done) because I would not have known any different, but as I've found again and again, I am treated fairly and honestly even though they KNOW I know nothing about my car. I trust people like these guys to take good care of my car/my safety.
