Took my 95 Toyota avalon in for over heating, got it diagnosed for needing a water pump and timing belt, the cost for the repairs they said would be just under $1,200, that seemed way overpriced, calling around the Toyota dealer wanted $775 and my usual repair shop want $450 for the repair, doesn't seem to honest to me

Always do a great job. Plus they are not bad as far as price.

I brought a used car into Honest-1 and told them that I knew it needed a lot of work, but I had a limited budget. They gave me a list of things that needed to be repaired and prioritized the list so I knew which items were most important for safe driving and which items could wait a few weeks until I got paid again.

I had an appointment for for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was prompt and completed well within a reasonable amount of time. The staff was very courteous and professional. The lobby and waiting were clean, and comfortable. This place will be getting my business again.

I have always been treated with professionalism and respect at Honest One. Some repair shops believe that since I am female, I won't understand their explaination of my vehicle's problem. I know more than they think. Thanks to the crew at Blaine for not treating me like an idiot. You fix my SUV quickly and correctly for a reasonable price. What more can I ask? First time going here...Had a good experience with an oil change. They recommended further services but were not pushy about getting them done immediately. Safety concerns were listed first. Will be bringing my cars back here.
