I got an oil change here and had a few other things looked at and the mechanic I had was amazing, I wish I could remember his name. He test drove my car twice for me, just to make sure he had an answer for the questions I had. Super nice!! Will be going back for sure!!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they are upfront with their pricing. I recommend them.

Not honest. Was recently told by their staff to lie to another repair shop so that water damage could be charged under warranty instead of insurance. Stretching the truth, and neglecting to tell the full truth, is still dishonest. I won't come back here.

Had a leaky oil drain plug after an oil change and they fixed it in no time!

I read they were experts on working on Audi. Took car in for an oil change, next day noticed oil all over me cement driveway. When I took the car back the service manager stated that they had mentioned it had a small oil leak. I showed him the pictures of the driveway and explained how I have never had a drop on driveway. Thay took the car in and had to use degreaser to clean it up. The tech came out and stated that they didn't put the filter on correctly! It was almost a quart low. The sad part is that the service manager never said a word! No apologies!! Never again!!!!!! $ 90.00 for terrible job.

Tried to get a price for a routine timing belt job. Guy on the phone informed me that he couldn't tell me without looking at it because the Camry motor in my car is "too weird." The problem is that you have to take the timing belt cover off in order to "look" at it, and replacing the cover involves a new gasket, etc, and then you owe them money for that even if their quote is insane and you don't want to authorize the job. Diagnostics for car problems can't be done over the phone - I get that. But when the customer tells you exactly what he wants done, and it's a routine maintenance job, any shop should be able to look it up in the book and give a quote. Any shop that refuses to do this should be avoided.

Honest 1 Blaine is the best place for car repairs. The staff is super friendly, very informational and I always feel they have my best interest at heart. They are very thorough and there is never any pressure. I am loathe to trust my car to anyone else.
