If one of the hardest things in life is to find a good, honest mechanic, you can stop your search here because these guys are good and honest! My son has an old Toyota Camry for a first car. Something was definitely wrong with the exhaust system because it sounded like a go-kart. I set an appointment with Honest-1 in Blaine to take a look and provide an estimate. I told the service mgr that the car was not worth an expensive repair if that was required. He gladly took a look at it and informed me that he only needed to repair a gasket and it was a $126 fix! I was so relieved, and even said that he could fix it within an hour! These guys are the real deal! Great mechanics, great customer service, and honest! I will be going back to them for all my automotive repair needs. Ted

Where do I begin? Day 1- After having my car all day Wednesday, April 29 and not hearing from them, I called only to find that they had my email wrong so I never got the quote. Got that corrected, told him to start on a couple of the services while he waited for a quote on another issue. Day 2-no call with the quote. I called only to find that they had my phone number wrong. Told him to go ahead on additional services. He told me it would be done by Friday so I’d have my car for the weekend. Day 3-no call. I called only to find that the work was not done and would not be done until Monday. Day 6-Monday came and went with no call. I got this survey, so I assumed the work was done. I called at 4:30, no answer. I went to the shop only to find it closed. I left an unhappy voicemail. Day 7-got a call at 7:15ish with apologies. My car was ready for pick up. I received the services and a job was done I didn’t approve. It was the spark plugs, so I didn’t make a big deal about that. They needed to get done eventually, but I was going to wait a little while since $2600 of more important work was already being done. I was given double the discount coupon ($200 total off). That was appreciated, but to say I was not happy with the communication would be an understatement. The work that was done seems to be good, however I have had to put air in one new tires twice already. I hesitate to take it back!

I was very disappointed with your diagnosis of my Mazda Tribute. Your mechanic said it needed $700+ pcv valve and hoses. $700?!! Really?! I got the parts for less than $50 from Ford dealer and installed myself in less than an hour. However that didn't change anything. The vehicle still barely ran and bogged down. I suspected the catalytic converter all along and specifically asked you guys to check it when I dropped it off, which apparently wasn't done. I unbolted the cat and the car ran normally. That should have been a 5 min diagnostic for you guys. I'm not sure what I paid $112 for you guys to do but it's outrageous and I want part of that back! Stop relying on electronic gadgetry to tell you what's wrong with cars and use common sense! I went to Honest 1 auto hoping to get an honest diagnostic. All I got was a lighter wallet.

Had issues in the past with poor service and shoddy work. Thought I'd give them another chance with new management and expansion since their estimate for my repair was far lower than competitors. Great, friendly service! Tech was very knowledgeable about my vehicle's issue. Since they also have free loaner cars, I may be switching to Honest-1.

My truck failed to start. Sent it Honest 1, got an estimate, needed new fuel pump, gas filter and line. Brad took it in on Monday morning and called and we discussed the cost. I was very surprised at the efficient way the repair was handled. three hours repair was done and ready to go. Will always use Honest 1. Thanks guys, you rock.

Had a mechanic do some repairs to my car so i needed an alignment, they call me to tell me they couldnt do it cause it needed new parts (which the mechanic said were completely fine ) took my car somewhere else and they were able to get the alignment done just fine. Beware of this place
