Several years ago I was introduced to this Honest-1 location through a Groupon and I haven't gone to any another service center for my cars ever since. I've spent several thousand dollars on repairs over the years and have been a happy customer. The VIP certificate is a fantastic way to save money. From their free ride home to car loaner program, they make it very clear that I am a valued customer. They stand behind the 36,000 mile warranty for repairs. I have so much respect for Honest-1 that I recently purchased a previously owned car from Quality Car Sales - an affiliated business. Finally, Tony M. has assembled a great staff you can trust to advise you at keeping your cars in safe operating condition. When they suggest a repair, I never need to go get a second opinion, I just schedule it because I trust Honest-1.

Great honest customer service. Make you feel valued as a customer.

I went into Honest One Auto Care to field questions about appointment availability. The guy at the desk was visibly irritated by my questions. This experience deserves one star because I believe he is either management or owner. I receive better customer service from teenagers at the Taco Bell next door.

I called to make an appointment for my '93 Volvo and Josh was super professional and very nice. After telling him what was going on with my vehicle, he recommended to me that I go to another place that would be able to help. So while I didn't actually make an appointment to come in, I was just super impressed with his professionalism and giving me solutions without me having to bring my car in just to be told to go somewhere else. Considering I tend to put off bringing my car in to be fixed because I've been ripped off A LOT, it's refreshing when I feel like an auto repair shop is actually being honest with me. I'll definitely bring my car here for basic maintenance next time.

Extremely easy in-and-out when I had a check engine light on. The staff was warm and fun, they told me exactly what the light meant and what to keep an eye on, and had be back on the road in 10 minutes - with no charge. I'll be a returning customer, for sure.

Truly honest I felt ,. But it again depends who is supervising the job and technician ..some of them are excellent in service and supervising and always ask you & explain you before doing anything / add to the bill. That's really appreciated. Thank for being here in Coon rapids.

Fantastic people to deal with!!

I never write reviews but I was so impressed with the service I received that I felt compelled to give them their due. What started with a discussion of a mix-up with a promo card used on the last visit, ended with the staff going above and beyond any of my expectations. They made sure I was taken care of and demonstrated that I'm truly valued as a customer. I highly recommend Honest 1 of Blaine - the staff definitely goes the extra mile to earn/keep your business.
