Very unsatisfied! Parts being replaced and problem not being solved.

I was told several months ago I had a cracked valve cap/cover and that it would be a $400-$500 repair. So I saved up and went back to get it replaced and they took another look and said the cap was fine so they didn't need to do any work! Now, a repair business that DIDN'T have Honest in their name would have just charged me anyway even if the work wasn't needed (or done) because I would not have known any different, but as I've found again and again, I am treated fairly and honestly even though they KNOW I know nothing about my car. I trust people like these guys to take good care of my car/my safety.

Made an appointment for an oil change and had them check the car over for other various concerns. Very professional. Answered all my questions without an negative attitude. Service Advisor Erin and Technician Zach were great. Yes, I will be back.

Don't go here if you want "honest" service.

Everytime i come here, they are so polite and honest. Even while helping me the gentleman at counter toom two phone calls and placed them on hold, he handled both so polite and kind. Last time i went i needed oil change but had issue with a brand new vehicle they called and wrote report to bring to dealer. Without them being honest i do not know what would have happened.

Very friendly , prompt and professional. They didn't try and sell me a bunch of additional services

These guys are wonderful. Dropped my truck off and they did great work and fast work. Great communication and great prices. Real professionals. So glad they are right down the road. A auto repair place you can trust and rely on!!!
