Very good based on oil change for $23. I was impressed as I called to get an appointment for a basic oil change, They were able to get me in right away, within 1 hr, fair price at under $25 out the door, Very NICE waiting room with nicer than dealer quality amenities, I noticed candy, snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, and even kids snacks! Separate kids area with books, dvd and tv, color crayons, ect. VERY NICE couches with big TV and cable set to FOX NEWS- I walked to great clips to get hair cut, returned for the normal "up sale pitch", and to cash out. I waited less than 5 minutes, was presented a $650 suggested estimate, 100k tune up, rear shocks, and air filter. I believe my 2007 Chrysler Town and Country 110k miles needs all suggested work and I also think I was quoted a FAIR price, I was not able to do it all at that time, I agreed to air filter but it was not in stock and didn't want to wait 30 minutes. We all hate going to the shop (time, cost, honest suggestions) but I will say the atmosphere here was very comfortable. I was asked for the sale professionally, I was offered a ride home with work completed same day, when I declined I was treated with respect and staff had a smile at all times, when I left there was a nice note and a request for future business stapled to a bag of Gardettios. Above and beyond customer service! I will return for future work and I have worked in the auto industry as a sales manager for 16 yrs. Very nice concept, FOCUSED on customer service, repeat, and referral business.

Very satisfied with they're service. I wasn't sure about Honest 1 only because this was the first time I had heard of them, but I received a deal thru Amazon-local and decided try them. Very courteous and quick.

I took advantage of an offer I received in the mail. They did an oil change and a 59-point inspection of my vehicle, which found timing belt in need of repair. I plan on having all of my belts replaced and will be going back to Honest1 for the repairs.

I was quoted to have repairs done on my vehicle that were just done the month before. That is not a business I want working on my vehicle. I can't even trust them to be honest when that is their name, pretty bad business.

The atmosphere and customer service here were very nice. I just needed an oil change, but they were fast and friendly. And they have a very nice waiting room with comfy chairs, play area, drinks and good magazines. I would definitely go here again.
