First time going here...Had a good experience with an oil change. They recommended further services but were not pushy about getting them done immediately. Safety concerns were listed first. Will be bringing my cars back here.

Great staff...super front desk guy when I was there!!!!!

I brought a used car into Honest-1 and told them that I knew it needed a lot of work, but I had a limited budget. They gave me a list of things that needed to be repaired and prioritized the list so I knew which items were most important for safe driving and which items could wait a few weeks until I got paid again.

I had an appointment for for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was prompt and completed well within a reasonable amount of time. The staff was very courteous and professional. The lobby and waiting were clean, and comfortable. This place will be getting my business again.

Honest 1 installed a power steering pump it leaked so i brought it back. They claimed it was a hose so i replaced the hose. The pump still leaked so I brought it back. They cleaned the engine to find the leak and saw it was the pump that was leaking. They re-installed the pump and it still leaks. In cleaning the engine they sprayed the belt causing it to squeak. They admitted the belt squeaks because they sprayed it. They offered to replace the belt provided I bought a new belt from them. Honest 1 was very friendly and tried to fix the situation but fell short in fixing the power steering pump and replacing the belt for free.

Always do a great job. Plus they are not bad as far as price.

If you want a good honest mechanic then this is the place to be, I have been using this establishment for the last 3 years and would not trust anyone else to look at my vehicles. I feel like I am completely listened too and never ripped off on prices they are always fair!! If your vehicle has to been in the shop for more than 24 hours (they are usually very quick at fixing and getting needed parts unless something extreme pops up during inspection/service) then they do have a couple loaner cars available. They have ASE certified mechanics who really know there stuff, the warrantee you get on parts and labor can't be beat with free added roadside assistance!!! The waiting area (if you want to wait) is huge clean and comfortable with big cushy leather chairs and a big screen TV - they offer you treats/chocolates and water/coffee whilst you wait. If you have kiddies with you then there is a very nice play area with toys, books, crayons Etc.. and a TV in the corner to keep them occupied for a few mins. I also believe they have free wifi so you can catch up on emails and work or whatever in comfort, if your wait is going to be a lengthily one then right across the parking lot you have a choice of Taco Bell/Burger King or take a stroll to the end of the block and there is a holiday station for you to grab lunch or a snack or whatever. I highly recommend this place I would not go anywhere else!!

I have always been treated with professionalism and respect at Honest One. Some repair shops believe that since I am female, I won't understand their explaination of my vehicle's problem. I know more than they think. Thanks to the crew at Blaine for not treating me like an idiot. You fix my SUV quickly and correctly for a reasonable price. What more can I ask? Thanks for the great service!
